I have been to Cebu twice. Both times we're for work, but I still got to go around a bit for pleasure. One thing I learned about Cebu is how people take pride in their Lechon. Also, all my life, I have been really familiar with Lechon because my late father was a butcher, and at most family gatherings, there will always be a Lechon as the centerpiece. So when I had the chance to taste Bai's Boneless Lechon Cebu, I know I am in for a ride.

In my opinion, their price is affordable and worth it. The Lechon is very tender, juicy, and tasty. Even just the smell will make you crave. I got to taste their "spicy" variant and I also got to enjoy it since even though I am not into spicy food, it's not too spicy and I can still taste the 'pork' taste with every bite.

If you're into really spicy food, maybe you can just opt for a spicy sauce instead.
